Manufacturing Team Leader - Portlaoise
Reporting to: Production Manager.
Job Title : Team Leader
Essential Functions of the Job:
The role of the team leader is to support the Production Manager, the essential functions of the job require the person to perform the following:
Lead a production team to complete scheduled work within the Sheetmetal Bending & inserting area.
Work hands on in production, within the scope of the job and all associated machinery, tooling,
materials, and tasks.
Report on current & future material/tooling/resources requirements
to meet production targets.
Monitor & report progress against production targets and KPI`s.
Contribute & engage collaboratively, with all teams with continuous improvements in Aubren through
Lean Principles.
Ensure good housekeeping in the associated area.

Qualifications and/or Experience
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a production environment. Previous manufacturing Team Leader experience an advantage. Sheet Metal experience would be a distinct advantage.
